Versatile award-winning international artist with a master’s degree in photography and 22 years’ success spanning college-level instruction and hands-on professional experience.
Dan Snow has taken an unusual path towards photography. His original creative interests focused on music. He toured with a heavy metal band for eight years as their lead vocalist, but when he completed an Associate of Applied Science degree for graphic design in 2003 from Northwest Arkansas Community College, his passion turned towards photography. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in photography in 2009 from The Art Institute of Colorado and received the certificate of excellence. In 2012 Snow received his Master of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech University. One of Snow’s current body of work titled wanderings focuses on the people and places he has observed. 10 years he taught photography and graphic design at his alumni NWACC. Snow currently works at Junk Brands as their Key Photographer and Videographer.
